"Surprisingly Good With Big Crowds"
I expected it to feel a lot more chaotic with the number of people there, but it was handled way better than I thought. Lines moved smoothly, the flow of people was managed well, and it never felt as overwhelming as I was expecting

"Really inside"
The formations were amazing, so inside. I wasn’t expecting it to look that cool, but wow, it was defintely worth seeing

"Caverns Were Nice, Add-Ons Were Just Okay"
The caverns themselves were cool, but the extra attractions didn’t really wow us. The car museum was fine, I guess, but we got through it fast... and a few things felt kind of dated. We tried to make a whole day out of the visit, but ended up leaving earlier than we thought we would. For the price, I was expecting the add-ons to be a little more fun. Not a terrible experience! Just didn’t really feel worth it overall

"Honestly a great day out"
I bought tickets through luraycaverns.com i ended up feeling like it was really good value. The cave tour was way bigger than I had pictured in my head, like I kept thinking we were near the end and then nope, there was more, which was a nice surprise. It also didn’t feel rushed, which I really appreciated because with family along you kind of want time to actually look around and enjoy it. I liked that the ticket covered more than just the caverns too, because that made the price feel a lot easier to justify. Parking was simple, getting in was smooth, and the whole visit just felt easy. It’s not exactly a super cheap day out, but for everything included, I’d definitely pay for it again...

"Cool to see, but way too cold"
At first I was excited because the caves looked really nice and had a cool atmosphere. But that changed fast once we got inside. I knew it would be colder underground, but wow, it was way colder than I expected. After a while we were just uncomfortable and kind of wanted to get through it and leave. Nice to look at, but I wish we’d been warned better about the temperature

"We had a really nice time at…"
We had a really nice time at Luray Caverns. The staff were super friendly and helped point us in the right direction without making us feel rushed or like we were asking too much. One of the guys even took the time to answer my kids’ questions with a smile, which I really appreciated. It did get a little busy in spots, but that wasn’t a huge deal. Overall, it was a good visit and I’m glad we went..

"Nice little stop after the caverns"
After we finished touring the caverns, I figured we might as well pop into the gift shop since the kids would’ve asked about souvenirs anyway. They had some really cute magnets and little rocks, so I grabbed a few things for them. The prices seemed fair, especially for a tourist spot, and the cashier was friendly. It was an easy, quick stop and worth doing before heading out.

"Cool caves, but the cost added up"
The caves were really nice and we did enjoy walking through them as a family. That said, by the time we dealt with tickets and the usual costs that seem to come with every outing lately, I was a bit worn out. It felt a little steep for what it was, especially with kids in tow. Still glad we went, but I do wish the pricing was a bit easier on the wallet.

"Easy day out with the kids"
We went a little while back, I think maybe last month or the month before, and the kids absolutely loved it. It was really easy to plan, not stressful at all, and made for a nice simple day out. Definitely something I’d do again

"Pretty spot, but accessibility was a bit disappointing"
I thought the place was really and worth seeing, but from my experience, the wheelchair access felt more limited than I expected. I also didn’t feel like the website made that super clear ahead of time, so it was a little frustrating once we got there.

"Pretty easy to follow overall"
It was easy to follow, which I appreciated. I didn’t feel too lost while going through it, though there were a couple of moments where I expected a bit more detail or explanation. Overall, it did the job, but I’m a little mixed because it was simple and clear without feeling especially thorough.

"I only grabbed a quick bite and…"
I only grabbed a quick bite and a cold drink after the tour, so I can’t speak for the whole menu, but the options seemed better than I was expecting. Prices felt fair, and the staff I dealt with were nice and friendly.

"Checkout was a hassle for me"
I got annoyed because the checkout froze on me twice, and I had to sit there wondering if my order even went through. To make it worse, the confirmation email took forever to show up, which just made the whole experience more frustrating for me than it needed to be.

"The caverns were amazing and easy to…"
The caverns were amazing and easy to walk through. The staff was fine and parking wasnt a hassle at all, which was nice. The only thing I didnt love was how many people were there, and the tickets felt a little pricey for what it was.

"Cool for Photos, Just Manage Your Expectations"
I went in mostly expecting to get some really cool photos, and there are definitely a few spots inside that look awesome. The rocks, reflections, and little details can come out great on your phone if you catch the right angle. That said, I was expecting it to be a bit easier to take pictures than it actually was. The lighting is tricky, and it gets crowded enough that you feel like you can’t really stop for too long without being in someone’s way. A bunch of my photos ended up blurry or darker than I hoped. Still glad I went, but I’d say it’s worth visiting more for the experience than expecting every shot to turn out perfectly.

"The educational pages were helpful…"
The educational pages were helpful overall, and I did learn a few things from them. I think part of the issue was just bad timing on my end because I was looking for more detailed explanations right when I really needed them. Some sections felt a little too short and left me wanting more, but the basics were still useful.

"Really Clean and Easy Family Visit"
Went to Luray Caverns with my family and, i was kind of surprised by how clean everything was. The bathrooms were kept up, the walkways didn’t have trash everywhere, and there were a lot of people there, but it still didn’t feel messy or neglected. You could tell the staff was staying on top of things, which made the whole visit feel way more relaxing.

"Cool caves, but the wait was a lot"
The caves themselves were really cool to see, and I’m glad we went. The only downside was the line, it took way longer than we expected, longer than some other places I’ve been to, like... Still a neat experience, just be ready to wait.

"I visited Luray Caverns with my family…"
I visited Luray Caverns with my family and felt really comfortable the whole time. The paths were easy to follow, and even though a few areas were a little damp, which is normal in a cave, the railings and walkways felt sturdy and safe. Nothing about it felt scary or difficult to walk through. We had no problems at all, and in my opinion, it’s a great place to visit if you want the cave experience without feeling uneasy
